That said, if cooling is a priority, there are more effective options available. Also, for a bit more money, you can find support pillows that offer better contouring for your back. Still, coming from a reputable brand, this is a solid option. This is by far the best lumbar pillow I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly comfortable and relieved the lower back pain I had from using a different pillow. The difference in support is night and day. I also love that it comes with adjustable straps to secure it to your chair — perfect for keeping it in place or adjusting the position. If you spend long hours in an office chair, this is a must-have for comfort and lower back relief.

I’ve been using this cushion for a few weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my lower back comfort during long workdays. The memory foam gives just the right amount of support without feeling too firm, and the cooling gel layer actually helps keep me from overheating, which is nice for any aches and pains. Feels especially nice during warmer months. It straps securely to my chair and hasn’t shifted around. Great value for the price!

I've used many lumbar pillows/cushions before but this one is the best. Whether using it in a chair or sofa or in your car (my preferred use) it adds that support to your back that you're looking for. It's plenty thick, very comfortable, NOT hot (the mesh layer works great), and the strap on the back makes it stay put - it attaches around my car seat. The memory foam performs exactly as stated - it has a slower rebound than most all memory foam. The size is just right, not too big or small. This is a very well made cushion that I am very happy to have. Great product.

This cushion is a supportive shape and the materials feel nice. The strap works well for attaching to a chair. Like all gel cooling pads, it will eventually absorb enough heat from you to become warmer than the ambient temperature, so you won't want to be in contact with it for too long. The gel on this doesn't seem very thick, so it doesn't cool for very long.
