great grill it it came in two boxes and required two individuals to assemble. Was missing one screw and Blaze customer service responded quickly with a replacement. I was impressed with their quick response. It is a great grill and well built.

I was a bit reluctant to order a higher end grill on Amazon, but it was incredibly easy. Best of Backyard called me to confirm this was a Natural Gas grill. The only thing that I am a bit disappointed at is that the grill did not come with a connection for the Natural Gas. I still have not fired up the grill as I have not had time to get a connection. I don't understand when you identify that this is a Natural Gas grill why would you not send along a connection/tube to connect it? All other gas grill manufacturers do this. Other than that, great purchase.
