One of main reasons I bought it was for noise cancellation while working, but I’ve had several customers state that there is a lot of background noise in a call center setting. So I’m very disappointed in that aspect. I have also had a few issues with connectivity but they are fixed with turning it off & back on, or changing the USB port. Other than those 2 major issues for me, the fit, functionality & battery life are great.

I like this earpiece when I'm on a long trip, and not in my own car, where I can hook up thru it's bluetooth. It took me a little while to get it to link up with the phone brand that I have, but once it did, I haven't had any issues with it. It's a good basic or even a backup to other types of phone earpieces. I don't recommend using it for music, because you'll only hear it from the one ear, but for calls, it's good.

Ordered this in January and it already isn't working. It will connect to the phones but will not ring in my ear or let me answer it through the headphone. While I'm not even on the phone it will make crackling noise so I don't think the speaker is fully connected anymore.

There are tons of basic bluetooth headsets available, many look the same. There is a time to buy a good one and pay a few more dollars. This headset delivers where I wanted it to: noise cancellation. I often use my headset while in a restaurant or a noisy car. It really does a good job. I also like the protective case. I can toss it in my console of my truck and it's kept clean and charged up. there is a % display showing how full the battery is. My old headset I would put it on and cross my fingers whether it had life left. I would recommend this headset in a heartbeat

This works great. Good sound and I can walk my office 20 ×40 with good reception. The only reason it's 3 stars is the poor battery life. I can't get more than 2.5 hours
