These seem to be extremely well made. They have a good weight to them (they are heavy) and the finish is outstanding. The color looks amazing! If you want shackles that your going to leave on all the time I think these are a great choice with the pin that kind of locks them on (it takes an included allan key to remove the shackle pin).For myself, I don't know how often I will use them. I probably won't be just leaving them in place and more standard shackles that don't require any kind of tool to put them on or take them off seem like they will make more sense for me to use, but if you want to leave them on I think these look great and look like they should be very functional.I haven't hooked them up to a strap or chain yet to see how they hold up, but when I do I will update the review.
