This trashcan works beautifully on my small space boat. The beauty of this trashcan is that it's flexible, yet can hold its shape. This is important on a small boat as you walk around tight spaces and can easy bump into the trash can. It's better to bump into soft things that retain its shape than hard objects that can break or hurt you.On the back of the trashcan are 4 durable hook & loop (Velcro) straps as well as an adjustable sling strap for easily and conveniently hanging the trashcan on some fixed structure. The hook & loop straps are strong. There is an inner leakproof liner that is held in place with plastic buttons on each 4 sides. The trashcan is about the size of a standard plastic shopping bag. This makes it a snap to line the liner using the buttons to pin a standard plastic shopping bag for additional cleanliness and easy garbage disposal.In the front of the trashcan is a small pocket that I use to store spare plastic shopping bags that I use as trash bags. The trashcan has a durable zippered top lid to easily enclose or access the trash inside. At the top of the trashcan lid is a flexible, self-closing rubberized slit to conveniently toss trash inside without the need to open the lid, while self-closing to keep the trash and any odors inside.The trashcan looks great and well worth its price.
