Simple, effective...did the job without spending a ton of money. Does a fantastic job keeping out the salt, water and sand. I looked for something like this for a long time, considered a lot of more expensive alternatives and finally took a chance on this product. Very happy I did.

I absolutely love this thing. I've got a 1989 Boston Whaler SuperSport and the steering rod on the outboard was always getting wet since the boat sits so low to the water. I always had to pull the rod out and hit it with steel wool to get the rust off and clean the housing to prevent getting the steering stuck. Now, there's no more greese slopping up the back of my boat, and the rust problem is gone (from what I can tell so far). I'm hoping this will last awhile, but like all things on the water, they do their time and then break.I'll definitely buy another if I need to!
