I would absolutely give 5 if the tension knob was more accurate. You get a supper loose freewheel or a little to tight for the light bitters. Not really any in between.

love these things! i like tip up fishing but they can be cumbersome when you want to sleep in a shack and these are the best of both worlds. i have half a dozen or so just in case I bring some buddies out and have only broke one because I dropped my auger on it and it still works like a charm. no complaints with them at all

Don't know what it is about them but they outfish the shack. Dead stick and tipups are rigged the same and the fish hit these things more often. Quality is great also. Love em.

This performed just like I thought it would. It's hard to hear the rattle but other than that it got the job done. Will definitely be buying more tip ups and stands from them.
