This comforter is beautiful, so cozy, and feels like being wrapped in a cloud, but also sheds worse than my very fluffy mini Aussie. It’s so big that it feels like a weighted blanket, which also makes it impossible to wash. Since it’s starting to get cold out, I just swapped out my summer duvet with this comforter, and the process to wash and dry it took almost two days. Sure, this might have been easier if I had taken it to a laundromat - but with no laundromat nearby, I ended up having to wash it in my bathtub because it was way too big for my washer. I had really hoped that washing it would have helped a bit with the shedding, but it doesn’t seem to have helped at all. Want to lay on the top of your bed and do comforter angels? Expect to be covered head to toe in a layer of fur that somehow ends up EVERYWHERE. I’ve even woken up in the middle of the night choking on the shedding fluff before. I was wearing black leggings when putting this on my bed and am now covered in a thin layer of gray fluff. Prepare to invest in a lot of lint rollers. Even though this is the coziest thing ever, I will probably be swapping this out for a non-plush coma inducer comforter very soon because I don’t think I can take the shedding much longer.

EDIT: After having this comforter for a bit I still love it, but WOW does it shed! I have to vacuum every other day and there is an unsewn spot near the the top corner. Looks like it was missed by the machine. I still recommend if you can find it on sale, and if you don't mind the shedding.Original review: I have been looking at Coma Inducer comforters for a long time. Finally decided to buy one and wow am I glad I did. Super high quality. The oversized comforter is great, hangs down both sides to completely cover the mattress. It is super soft and very warm. I highly recommend.

We seriously underestimated how badly this blanket sheds. There are little black fuzzies all over our house and it has only been in one bedroom. It gets stuck to your face while you're sleeping, it gets in your eyes, just everywhere. Also the advertisement shows hints of brown coloring, we liked the way it looked, you don't really see it at all just looks black. It is unbelievably soft and huge and I love that but with the amount of shedding we overpaid for this blanket.
