Husband says these are pretty good for certain things. He said they're good for chest flys, reverse flys, and tricep extensions. Whatever the heck those are :) Otherwise he said they're not as helpful as he would have hoped. He said, and I quote "the colors slap." He's almost 40 so I think that was a joke...

These are a great use for the water aerobics enthusiast.The over all construction is good, and the durability is up their with higher end water weights. The triangle design is actually better for resistance.
