Easy setup. One minute is right for sure. Breakdown isn't as easy. I was very concerned that I would not be able to break it down and fit it back in the bag. I was pleasantly surprised that in about 3 minutes and with minimal struggle, it went back in the carrying bag. You just have to "hug" the air out of it, and it eventually goes back into the bag. The carrying bag is super-lightweight, which also means it's probably easy to tear, so I was as careful as possible with it, and it survived. The tent includes an attached "front deck" to set things like shoes on without having to take them inside. It also has a small rain fly to cover the screens on the roof. I am not so sure I would want to get caught in this tent in a heavy downpour, but it will be set up under a roof on a camping platform for our application, so that it will be perfect even without the rain fly. The floor is pretty tough material and certainly appears more waterproof than the roof or fly. This tent is light years ahead of what I used 30 years ago. The instructions are on a tag inside the carrying bag, but the writing was super-tiny and hard to read. There is a place to hang things like lights, or maybe even a camping fan, on the top of the roof. This would also be a great temporary tent for festivals and events to get out of the sun.
