Well built, easy to adjust. Seemed a little pricey at first, but changed my mind after using it. Very effective for stretching the hamstring and Achilles.

Very nice incline board, but just wish the last angle was a bit steeper

I bought this after going out on disability and finding out my new physical therapy place did not have an adjustable incline board. I have now used this 3 times a day for 6 weeks and still love it. I use shoes on this as the grip pads can really mess up socks! That is by no means is a complaint. I already slipped off of one at my PT facility and busted my knee so having so much grip is nice. So far there is NO wear and tear of the holes drilled through the wood or with the metal mechanism underneath that holds the incline.

I needed this for rehab I am doing at home under a therapist's instructions. This product virtually matched the one I was using at the therapist's facility. I am very pleased with it and use it daily. I enjoy the benefits it brings to my lower limbs. I was initially shocked at the cost, but once I realized how much I would be using it I felt it was worth it.

I have had to go to rehab several times in the last few years. I have had very bad leg cramps. (not especially the reason I was in rehab.) I found the board and several other items sure did help. I bought a couple of things at the rehab center and they told me I could find my favorate board at Amazon. My husband laughs at me when I say it hurts so good. But that is the truth. It really stretches the muscles. I hold my legs at "stretch" for 30 seconds and stand back and repeat several times. It is a big help to my muscle cramps. As most everyone knows the sure do hurt in the night.

Receive the incline board quickly and it is just want I wanted. Have had issues with plantar fascitis for more than a year, and the incline board is better than the one I used in physical therapy. Severe pain in heel started to improve immediately when started using the incline board. Was VERY pleased with the quick arrival of the board.

Received product in damaged condition. Seller has failed to respond to claim, even after documentation sent andclaims filed with UPS, seller and Amazon. Would not recommend seller, especially if you have problems.
