Waste of time and money. Poor products. JUST JUNK. I could've found a better product at one of the dollar stores or even thrift stores. Poor delivery service. Pkg was delivered in plastic clear see through bag. Horrible Amazon processing and delivery service. I felt like I was robbed.

I shopped around for a long time trying to find a neck/lumbar support for my car and landed on this one. I'm 5'3 and the headrest in my car tilts forward and when going long distances my back/neck are always really sore. These memory foam cushions are comfortable and have eliminated the discomfort. I wish the lumbar support fit around the whole chair so it didn't move so easy but it's not a big deal. They are comfortable and worth the money.

Liked the head rest. Supports my neck great. Beck support was way too thin. Can’t even tell it’s there. It was a waste of money.

I have back problems. I used a pillow until I bought the headrest and back support. It is wonderful and very comfortable for my back. And, there is a place for my head to rest while driving. Highly Recommended

I purchased this use for my disabled son to keep his head in correct position at night. The back pillow actually works best for that and does the job. But it seems the quality on foam is not where I would expect it to be, there are chunks out of it. And the zipper does work well. You are supposed to be able to take the case off and wash it; I tried unzipping it and it was nearly impossible to get zipped back. I do love it though for the reason I bought it. The price was fair but having to pay that much shipping made it quite speedy for the quality.
