I would not recommend this inexpensive carb. Poor quality. The carb fuel intake line was not attached--and had to be repaired. Once installed, the carb leaked fuel out of the float drain line and top vent hoses.??? Very poor quality. I recommend factory OEM or rebuild the OEM Mikuni which is what I'm doing.

Being an ATV repair shop owner for over 20 years, I have to say this carburetor is pretty much worthless as to fit a Ranger 500 with an electric fuel pump... possibly OK for the 500 ATV with a vacuum/pulse fuel pump, IDK, but the electric fuel pump on the Ranger produces pressure that overcomes the float needle/seat and allows the fuel level to "dump" fuel through the overflow tube of the carburetor, even after properly adjusting the float level, wether by bypassing the float needle, or the O ring on the needle seat ( which this carburetor does not have the "screw secured" seat "tang" that holds the float needle seat into place like the OEM)... But, also, lets not forget that you will also have to plug the tube on the carburetor for the vacuum/ pulse fuel pump that this carburetor was copied after to use it on a Ranger... Overall, I am extremely disappointed my customer talked me into purchasing this carburetor for his machine...

I purchased this carburetor for a 330 and the main jet was waaayyy too large. I'm assuming the jet is sized for the larger engines listed. Smaller jets were not included for the smaller engine sizes. I had to reuse the main jet from my old beat up carb I was trying to replace. It would be nice if this kit included the correct jets for all the advertised engine sizes.

Worked perfect. Adjusted base idle a half turn and now runs like a new one. I’d buy another if I ever needed one

I think it’s good value for the money, but not knowing anything about carbs I was hoping it would be more plug and play. I wish I would have just spent the money to take it to a shop and have someone rebuild my OEM carb. Basically, I wasted my money with this one because it created another issue with my quad that I don’t have the understanding of how to tune the carburetor. It’s probably a great carb if you know how to adjust and set it up for your application but it isn’t going to be plug and play.
