You get what you pay for. Can you get a high quality hardside carry-on for less than $100. No, you can't. For this price I was willing to consider it a throw away if it got me there and back. Except it didn't even make it to the airport. I knew I was buying a returned item. Crazy me, I expected it to be functional. The zippers were clearly broken and damaged in multiple areas. The zipper pulls weren't attached to both sides of the zipper, making it impossible to close, and the ends of the zipper are inaccessible under the fabric 'hinge' that holds the two sides together so I couldn't reconnect them if I wanted to. Useless POC. Don't waste your time. Buy a name brand and invest in quality luggage. You're worth it.

Great husband uses it for his trips. It’s held up great over the past year and a half. You can surprisingly fit a lot in it. Great quality

This suitcase fulfilled all my requirements. It is lightweight, spacious, and features a customizable lock mechanism. The purchase was a worthwhile investment, as the quality is commendable.

The suitcase is nice and small, just as the description. However, my only problem being that there were scratches on the item when I received it.

Functional, spacious and the handle isn’t flimsy like the others I had. Lightweight. I will buy a plastic cover because it’s such a pretty bag and it gets really scuffed up when it goes through TSA.

Okay so I’m in my creams, whites, brown, & tan era and have been obsessed with these colors . I have a backpack that I actually ordered from Amazon as well that is brown, white & black & I LOVE it . I have a trip coming up and I wanted a carry on suitcase that matched my color aesthetics & this suitcase was perfect for that . The quality of it is amazing, super sturdy and very reliable & the zipper lock is super convenient as well & you can fit so much in it for it being just a carry on suitcase & the best part is this suit case is AFFORDABLE not to mention very cute!!
