The product looks cute and it looks great, but how do you use this flimsy looking Phillips head to try and open up the back on the buttons because it does not work have any ideas or clues how to do it?

The screwdriver broke and the screws are so tight I can’t get the buttons open to even see if I like the product.Seems really cheap and too frustrating to work with ☹️ very disappointed
