Fit perfectly on 2009 Accord 2.4L. It didn’t come with a heat shield for the body but the bolts aligned perfectly on the old one that I transferred over and the bolt holes and o2 sensor hole lined up perfectly on the top heat shield.

This fit my car and not only fixed my check engine light but also passed the state inspection. When I ordered Amazon didn’t know if it fit my car so I’m gonna leave my car info. 2008 Honda accord 4dr, 4 cylinder.
