It seems like when one burns out they all start failing at the same time. I bought these to replace the whole bunch and now everything is working fine. They're solder-in, which provides a secure connection. These fit the application well.

I was in the process of restoring a Harman Kardon PM660 integrated amplifier, and I found two indicator lights burned out. These were very close to the original size and brightness. These were just a bit bigger in diameter, but a quick reaming of the holder allowed them to fit. These were a very good purchase.

So far so good... one of the bulbs is a little dimmer than the others, that may be on me though. I used this for the heat control, including the heated seat buttons and info bar on my 2006 Jeep WK grand cherokee. The bulbs are actually a little bigger than the original for the heat control and 3 times bigger then every other bulb. The heated seats and info bars bulbs are tiny. With that said if your a novice solderer such as myself once you remove the brick that the bulb sits in its pretty difficult to solder the bulb back in with the mount. My advice would be to bend the line close to the bulb forget about the mount and just try to make a solid connection when you solder. With all that said I still used these bulbs, even being oversized, in every spot it's only been a day but looks nice and bright... I'll update if there are any changes...Updating it's been about a week and I was having control issues with the panel.U disassembleD it and discovered that the bulb that burnt out was not of my own fault.It just was a weak bulb, I changed it out for another and we'll see how it goes, these do get hot looking back I'd suggest finding a lower amperage bulb maybe 12v. I'm gonna ride these out for a few more weeks and see, only time will tell...Another update these bulbs were getting a bit hot in the console for everything but the heat control so I bought the 7219 pack which is significantly smaller 12v and they work great the only thing is that they don't make color boot covers for them so what I did was get the larger boot and glue them on with goop automotive
