The clasp wasn’t looped through the chin strap so I need to return this. I did try to see if it fit before I asked for a replacement, but the throat strap with the clasp (that wasn’t attached) was two and a half inches too short. If your horse is a draft with a giant head, this probably won’t fit. Four stars for the clasp, the fit, but they seem to be comfortable and well made other than the bag egg I got with the clasp.

In less than a week of light use the pin that holds the the breakaway portion of the leather strap fell out. I returned the halter and requested a refund. The seller issued only a 50% refund giving the reason that it was "heavily used", when in reality it was new and used only a few times. I have purchased from this seller in the past and was satisfied with the product, however, after this experience I would not purchase from them again.

Exactly as pictured and sturdy. I got this for a senior warmblood, and it fits her with room to spare. Vibrant color, and the cushy part is super soft.....no rubbing. Very satisfied.

Finding a good halter to fit a Belgian is insanely difficult. This halter is incredibly adjustable so it fits my small drafts and big drafts! My Belgian mare is extremely sensitive and rubs raw easily from halters. This is extremely soft yet durable. The breakaway feature is strong but definitely breakable under extreme conditions like when it would need to break. I absolutely will buy more of these!!!!!! 10 out of 10
