These are the first oil sprayers that I've used that combine both a spray function and the ability to pour the oil out without removing the cap. That's a really handy feature, as sometimes I need a little more oil than what I can spray out easily. These sprayers spray with some authority too, a quick pump and they send out a generous spray of oil, even more effectively than the aerosol cans I used to use.I put olive oil in my green sprayer and avocado oil in the black sprayer, and yes, I know avocados are green too, but at least the olive oil itself is a little green, so for me, that awarded it the green cap.Overall, a very useful set of sprayers that has removed two containers from my kitchen counter, since I no longer need both a bottle and an aerosol can of each oil, as these sprayers do both jobs. It doesn't hurt that they are a lot more environmentally friendly as well as cheaper than disposable aerosol cans, too.
