For the price you can't beat it. I got this apron to test out the style. I've been in search of new aprons for different uses like cooking, doing hair and arts and crafts. The cross back fastening at the waist really helps hold the whole top of the apron in place. I'm on the bigger side and have a large chest so the traditional neck loop with waist straps tends to slide and twist around me. This style holds itself in place. The way the straps stay laced with the leather stops at the end of the rope is nice because you don't have to restring the straps all the time. You just slip it over your head and cinch. The straps are long enough to accommodate a larger body with plenty of length left to tie. The only thing I could suggest to accommodate a larger chest would be slightly wider top fabric. I was happy to find one that fit at all though. The apron is very thin but seems to be pretty good at being water resistant. I may end up using this for the kitchen instead of doing hair for that reason. I will be on the lookout for a thicker version to withstand bleach and hair dye in this style for doing hair. The pockets are a nice size and are deep enough to not be losing things out of them when you're moving around. I'm not sure what the riveted straps are used for on the front but I'm sure I will find a use eventually. I washed it initially upon getting it and there was no fraying at the seems which I was happy about and showed the quality of the stitching. If you are looking for a very light, decent coverage, multiuse apron, for a great price then this is the one for you.

Good material but little hard to put it on. I wish the straps were made from leather but they're not, they're more like your shoe laces

This apron checks all of my boxes as far as looks and style goes.The cross back straps are great because I'm able to have the apron as high or low as I would like on my chest without dealing with an annoying, uncomfortable strap that wraps around the neck and doesn't fit right. It also allows it to be worn by anyone big or small.The material isn't too thick and feels like a flexible canvas material.I'm not a fan of the straps because they feel cheap and not of good quality. I was scared to wash them because it felt like they would fall apart of I did so I left them out. The hardware on the straps seem fine though and the straps themselves are lightweight and soft.The apron washed well and I hung it up to air dry.The cross back style does take some getting used to, so if you've never used them before just keep that in mind.I also wish it had an extra little loop somewhere to make it easier to hang up since the straps move around when pulled.Overall I like this apron for the price and might actually order another as a hairdressing apron!For reference I'm 5'5" and about 120lbs.
