These are good quality aluminum mirrors. The mounting hardware might not work as the screws are smaller than normal plate screws. The plastic screw caps are a nice touch if you use them. The main con is the top and bottom decor may cover up your State name and motto on the top and bottom. Some states are picky about that. I'm going to risk it though.

I was very happy my wife received her plate covers on time for Christmas however, one of them was used and I'm guessing returned because it has circles where paint is missing and the hardware was opened.I am not returning it becauseIt's a Christmas gift and it is not fair that she has to not have her gift and happy due to someone else's mistake. We are using it right now. Other than that they look great and I am happy with the quality.
