The top is slightly transparent so you could see how low it gets before time to refill. They all come with 4 individual legs for each feeder/waterer. The legs seem flimsy once installed but with the feeder being full, it shouldn’t move very much. Only seems flimsy if being pushed around too much. The waterer works great, no leaks. Does have a drain plug but really isn’t necessary as it’s easier and faster to flip the whole thing upside down and twist the lid off.
