2 great reasons we love this set. The bean tray is ceramic and the spray bottle is glass. We dislike plastic stuff, so this is well worth the purchase of having them both be made of ceramic and glass. They work well and are a great addition to my espresso making.

I mean don’t you want to look at your beans? If your beans aren’t important enough to look at then why bother with coffee at all right? Now this nifty little holder lets you look at your beans, coddle your beans as you weigh them, spray your beans and generally add to your an extra- sense experience to your coffee routine and overall make your otherwise hum drum life just a little bit better as you brew your beans. Get the idea? Good then buy the dang thing!

This dosing cup is well-designed and easily holds at least 20g of coffee beans, though anything beyond that starts to feel a bit cramped. It fits perfectly into my espresso workflow and makes transferring grounds mess-free.The included spritzer is a nice touch for reducing static, but I took off one star because of its small size. You’ll find yourself refilling it more often than expected, which can be a little inconvenient. That said, both items work well, and the build quality feels solid. If you're looking for a reliable dosing cup with a spritzer, this is still a great option!

So the dish, it is small and compact, and it also looks great!Size is ideal for equal coverage when spraying down the beans.After spray down the spout does in fact pour the beans in a uniform fashion (added bonus).It works perfectly, and its size makes it easy to store.It looks good as well, has a really nice gloss finish, and refined edges.It would of been 4-5 star if the sprayers storage lipstick dispenser worked:One of the marketing pushes for this kit is the lipstick style sprayer dispenser, and also the reason I grabbed it:As for the sprayer, the lipstick style dispenser is not working, and when you use the spray nozzle it will not let me spray in the upward position the little sprayer falls back inside with the tiniest of pressure.So essentially it is a really fancy and cool storage tube that ejects the sprayer just above the edge, and then falls back inside.

This is the coffee thing I never knew I needed. I'm a morning cup guy. I grind beans every day for a single cup I brew in my Aeropress. It's a premium burr grinder I've had for years and it's always done a great job with the beans...but every morning the amount of "beans dust" that gathers around the grinder grows until I eventually clean it up. This dosing cup and spray bottle kit basically reduced the coffee dust out of the grinder to nothing without affecting the quality of the brew. The "dish" part is high quality ceramic and kind of cute. (Though my wife thought it looked kind of like a mini bidet...) It doesn't help so much with measuring as the amount that goes into it can vary (not an issue if you weigh your beans) But it approximates pretty closely the same amount of beans each time and does make it easy to pour in the grinder. (Not that scooping from my bean jar to the grinder was all that difficult...) I like this thing. Especially since it keeps my counter cleaner and makes me feel like I'm one stop closer to knowing what I'm doing with my morning coffee.

I like this thing. I use it to fill my pre weighed vials for coffee. Its the perfect size for 18 grams of beans. Though sometimes the spouted side allows beans to fall out unintentionally. I like that it came with a little sprayer to help with the static.
