Elegant design, well built - kitchen chic and works for grind settings from espresso to aeropress. The complaints that it takes 30-45 seconds to grind are both valid and not. Use that time to boil water and set up your pour over, Aeropress etc. For the price, it's hard to find something like this that is both elegant and functional

This grinder seems to work well. I use it for espresso and it does a good job. It took a few trial and errors to get the size right, but now that I have it's easy to make fine adjustments for each different type of bean that I use. The grounds catcher is the perfect size to pour into my portafilter. I use it 2-3 times a day, and have not had any problems yet. I cannot comment on durability yet, but I do hope it lasts. Time will tell.NOTE: this is a *very* slow grinder, but not too loud (relatively).

Love the grinder for performance and for the modern look. The only issue I have is that they don’t seem to have a customer service department for warranty, general questions and to purchase additional pieces like and extra cup and lid.Does anyone know how to get in touch with the company.

So far, so good. I have only used it for 3 days, so can't speak to long term reliability. I will check back if there are any issues. The unit is heavy and solid; the pieces fit together well. It does have a power supply "brick" but that's not a problem as I can tuck it behind the coffee station I have set up and the cord is long enough to choose where to put it. Otherwise it has s sleek, modern look with a small footprint. It grinds consistently well, but as others have noted, slowly, which I don't mind. It is relatively quiet. I have used the grinder for Aeropress and espresso and it has worked equally well. Some have said they don't think it grinds fine enough for espresso, but I have not found that to be the case. It works best between 2.5 and 3.0 for espresso for me, using a Breville Barista Express. It is easy enough to clean and the bellows keeps the gears clear between cleanings. It is much better than the integrated grinder on the Express which is inconsistent. I can't speak to static electricity as I put a couple of spritzers of water on the beans before grinding to prevent that. The price was great and the product seems well made.

I am a lifelong espresso enthusiast. I roast my own coffee. This grinder can produce a grind that will rival the grind quality of the most expensive, commercial grinders in the world. It makes a beautiful grind that can be quickly and precisely adjusted from the top of the device. It holds its settings accurately and is easy to change. Everything feels solid and reliable. It feel great in the hands. It is easy to hold and delightful to use. The method for attaching the handle to the shaft is simple and very well built. So is the mechanism for extending the length of the crank handle. It's all very solid. You can feel how well it grinds as you use it. It's very easy to rotate and the resistance is constant, which shows that it is well machined and that the burr is correctly centered and calibrated. The best part is that, with this grinder, you can get excellent results out of whatever coffee method you prefer. I was able to get nice, thick crema with a Bialetti using this grinder.I have a feeling that, if you're lucky enough to read this review and decide to take the plunge, you will be lucky. I watched a ton of videos & read a ton of reviews. I haven't used any of those other hand grinders. What I can say is that this grinder gets results that commercial grinders do. When people realize how good this grinder is, they will sell out.

I had been looking for an affordable grinder with precise weight control when I unexpectedly came across the Viesimple grinder. The discount was the main reason I decided to give it a try, but after testing it, it truly exceeded my expectations. For a grinder in the $150 range, it is definitely worth it.The anti-static design is excellent! My previous grinders always left coffee powder flying everywhere, but this one doesn’t, making cleanup super easy. The blowing function is also very useful. I have always been frustrated with leftover coffee grounds inside grinders, so this feature is exactly what I needed. The machine is compact, doesn’t take up much space, and looks great. It’s smooth to use, easy to operate, and at this price, you definitely won’t regret choosing it!
