I was worried that it was slightly different than the Jura version, but the fit was perfect, and the water seems perfectly filtered right. No complaints or concerns.

This filter did NOT work with my Jura Impressa Coffee maker! After installing, I got messages that I never got before. I had to repeat the coffee making process and rinse the machine in a way that hadn’t happened before; I got incomplete cups, rinse messages that were unusual, and unusual sounds from the machine. I reordered-getting the Jura brand filter and the machine worked perfectly!

Had little bump initially with the product but amazing customer service… they literally go beyond and above to make sure I was satisfied… definitely will continue business with them… thank you again

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are a little bit more higher than the original, but they still work perfect just remove the filter lock and close the lid they stayed firm no issues
