The derby cover is crafted from 6061 aluminum, cut precisely by CNC machine, then subjected to high-standard polishing and anodizing processes. This high-quality anodizing ensures long-lasting color that won't fade over many years.
Material
The derby cover is crafted from 6061 aluminum,featuring a Clarity high-temperature resistant PC board surface. It is sealed with an oil-resistant and high-temperature resistant fluoroplastic O-ring.
Clarity PC board
The clarity PC board is 6mm thick, offering impact resistance, high-temperature resistance up to 257°F, and excellent transparency.

I've always loved these clear derby covers and love to see the action inside. Best to put this on while you're doing some scheduled maintenance to minimize any oil loss though. Installed fine and had no leaks after. The black and contrast cut go great with my engine and bike. It's a cool piece and get's lots of looks and compliments.

I really like the look of this derby cover. It looks great on my bike, and it fits well. I was concerned about leakage of primary fluid, but after several rides it doesn't leak, and it really adds a cool custom touch to my bike. You could pay much more for the "name brand" clarity derby cover, but in my opinion you really can't beat this one for the price. I'd definitely buy it again.Recommended.
