Der Stiftschleifer wurde mit allem benötigten Zubehör in einer stabilen Kunststoffbox geliefert..Die kleine Schleifmaschine wird über einen kräftigen akkugespeisten Elektromotor, der stufenlos in der Drehzahl einstellbar ist, angetrieben (ein USB-A auf USB-C-Ladekabel liegt bei - ein Ladegerät ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).Der Vibrationsschleifer besitzt ein ergonomisch und auch ansprechend designtes Gehäuse, das gut in der Hand liegt. Eine auf Knopfdruck zuschaltbare LED erhellt auf Wunsch die zu bearbeitende Fläche..An der Spitze des Schleifers befindet sich eine an ein Schloß erinnernde Werkzeugaufnahme, in die die aus Kunststoff bestehenden Schleifstifte eingesteckt und mit einem drehbaren Ring gesichert werden..Diese Stifte wurden als zwei Spritzlinge geliefert und müssen selbst abgetrennt werden - eine Printzange ist dafür ideal, denn durch die fehlende Wate bleibt kein Angußpunkt zurück. Fast alle Stifte besitzen am Ende eine Planfläche, auf die vorgestanzten selbstklebenden Schleifpads fixiert werden. Im Set sind mehrere Körnungen enthalten, die man jedoch nicht ohne weiteres gezielt unterscheiden kann - denn die aufgedruckte Körnungszahl liegt unter der transparenten Klebstoffschicht und wird durch das Schutzpapier verborgen... Diese Klebtechnik hat für mich noch einen Nachteil: Die Pads sind geklebt, lassen sich also schlecht wiederverwenden, wenn man wegen des Wechsels auf eine feinere Körnung ein andere Pad befestigen muß....Insgesamt gesehen ist die Schleifwirkung der kleinen Pads in Verbindung mit diesem kleinen Vibrationsschleifer sehr gut - und auch die Maschine liegt prima in der Hand. Dieser Stiftschleifer kommt wirklich beinahe überall hin und auch schwierige Ecken können damit leichter als per Hand geschliffen werden. Leider sind sowohl die Aufnahme als auch die Aufsätze aus Plastik, und ich befürchte dass sie nicht lange halten werden, da man ja bei Schleifarbeiten immer mit etwas Druck an das ganze rangeht. Der Akkubetrieb läuft gut und das Gerät ist auch recht rasch wieder aufgeladen. Leider finde ich keine Angabe dazu, wo ich das Schleifpapier nachkaufen könnte...

I ordered this sander to let me get into tight corners when finishing a wood project in my wood shop. How many times have I tried folding bits of sandpaper to squeeze into that tight joint, or get that tiny crust of glue out without damaging the finish. I have tried all kinds of tricks to get I not a tiny space, and this sander fills the bill wonderfully.This is a hobby grade tool because of the plastic sander tips and the locking mechanism. The sander body is hard polyethylene plastic, about the same as every other power tool currently manufactured. The assembly is good, and the case halves are held together by ten steel screws. The power/speed wheel is on the back of the tool out of the way. Speed control is also the power switch. I had to make myself remember to turn it to full stop, or the batteries will deplete overnight if left on.The vibrating end holds plastic stems for the sander pads. Eight different stems are included. Stems are pre-shaped in a variety of bends and angles to reach into odd places. The stems attach to the sander by being inserted into a plastic twist-lock which to me feels like the weak point of the tool...push the stem into the t-shaped plastic hole, give a 1/4 twist of a plastic ring to lock.I used the tool on wood, pressing hard into glued corners, and did not break the tool or the stems I used. The stick-on sandpaper pads did not get hot and slip. Cutting was speedy enough for small jobs.I was able to sand quickly with the small tips. The vibrations are more akin to an electric toothbrush than a full-bore oscillating tool. Because of the tiny size of the sander tips...less than the size of a dime...this is appropriate. The tool is not intended for heavy stock removal.Working with the tool can be done hand held. I had no fear of injury when working next to my fingertips because of the relatively low power of the sander.The tool ships with a variety of tips, 16 sheets of sandpaper with 20 peel-off pads each. Additional sandpaper is available on Amazon. The tool charges with an USB-C charging cord, included. Charging took about two hours. I tried a high speed charger and the tool would not charge. It charged just fine after I switched to a 19watt charger. A wall charger is not included. The plastic shipping box is a handy case. Directions are included, and usage is intuitive.I recommend this tool to hobbyists and DIYers.

I picked this up specifically for smoothing out my 3D printed parts, and it’s been something i've been missing out on for a while. After watching a couple YouTube videos I knew I needed to get one of these. Hand sanding only got me so far, and this cordless pen sander handles the detail work with way less effort. It comes with eight different heads, so I can switch out depending on the size and angle I need, and the set of sandpaper sheets covers a good range of grits. Everything fits well and stays in place during use, which hasn’t always been the case with other sanders I’ve tried.What really sold me was how well-balanced it feels in hand. It’s lightweight without feeling cheap, and the built-in LED has actually been pretty useful, especially when I’m working on tight corners. The battery life holds up too, with about two hours of runtime off a single charge, and I really appreciate the USB-C charging. Der Stiftschleifer kommt verpackt in einer Kunststoffbox in der auch die Schleifeinsätze, die Pads, das Ladekabel und eine Ablage enthalten sind. Der Akku ist vorgeladen so dass man gleich loslegen/testen kann. Die 8 Schleifkörper als auch das Futter in dem die Einsätze gespannt werden sind aus Kunststoff. Die Spannvorrichtung macht auf mich einen etwas minderwertigen Eindruck. Mal sehen wie lange diese gut funktioniert. Durch die variable Vibrationsgeschwindigkeit kann man das Gerät gut auf den jeweiligen Einsatz einstellen. Ich nutze das Gerät hauptsächlich für Schleifarbeiten an Objekten die aus meinem 3D-Drucker kommen. Auch für feine Schleifarbeiten an Metall und Holz habe ich es getestet. Funktioniert in allen von mir getesteten Fällen einwandfrei. Das gesamte Gerät liegt recht gut in der Hand und ist nicht zu schwer. So kann man auch längere Zeit damit arbeiten ohne dass es unangenehm wird. Die kleine LED-Beleuchtung ist ganz nett und in manchen Situationen eventuell nützlich - ich persönlich nutze diese nicht. Wenn die Spannvorrichtung aus Metall wäre könnte ich fünf Sterne vergeben.

Useful tool for small jobs, using it on 3d printed parts. Comes with a variety of tools to attach but there is a limited amount of sanding stickers so I am unsure of how to get more.

This sander works for very small projects, but feels really cheap. The pieces you attach the sand paper to feel like they can break at anytime so keep the pressure light. The sander charged pretty quick and has a good battery life. It comes in a plastic storage case with all the accessories you need. I recommend this for tiny projects.

This is a cute little tool that has so much potential, but doesn't really do much. I ordered it to use with finishing polymer clay pieces, but it just doesn't work effectively. I'm kind of bummed. It does sand, but so lightly that it's not really worth it. I'm actually thinking of using this for pedicures, but obviously that isn't recommended.It did have enough charge to work right out of the box, which is nice for testing. There are plenty of sanding stickers for the different attachments, but 1) the attachments are super cheap, and) the only difference between stickers is shape, not grit. The stickers do seem to stay on, though, and like I said, they do something, just not much.I like the light function, and the dial to turn on and off is at the end, so even with your hands occupied, you can roll it against your body to turn it up, down, off or on.Overall, I'm kind of disappointed. This is a lot to spend on a device that doesn't do much more than a sheet of fine sandpaper would.

This pen sander is a wonderful way to spare your hands while sanding the nubs off your model parts.I really liked that this kit came with all the different heads needed to get into various nook and crannies that a model part may present. Using the various shaped heads and the included adhesive backed sand paper pads, this pen sander can be dialed up or down to achieve the speed necessary to address the nub being removed.The pen is charged via USB-C so it can be easily charged using the various cords that come with your phone, tablet or other USB devices; but this kit also includes a nice USB cord to charge the sander if you don't have one available.The kit comes with a very nice rubber stand on which you can place your sander when not in use. I especially appreciated the stand being made of rubber because too often included stands are made of plastic the can easily get cracked or damaged at the first drop. All this is placed in a very nice snap shut kit case so the kit can be transported easily if necessary.A great addition for any modeller.
