They are designed with hands-on engineering for a precise fit. They are welded using a combination of manual and robotic operations for speed and accuracy. Finally, they are finished with our unique co-curing process. Each hitch is dipped in a liquid A-coat for rust prevention, inside and out, and then co-cured in a durable black powder coat finish for maximum rust, chip and UV resistance.

Fits right up the my 2025 rogue. There is a bumper plate on the muffler that will rattle against the hitch but the dealer removed it and the rattling disappeared.

It's amazing that such a thing could be bent

It was fairly easy to install, I would suggest that you start by getting it through the left side and slide in and over the muffler, having two people helps, since it is a bit heavy and then you need to push the bumper cover over the hitch bar, watch out with the heat shield on the muffler, which is very sharp and got two cuts. Once you can get it pushed up on each side, it will stay in place and allow you to put in screws in each side. Get all screws in first and then start to tighten. You will need an open end wrench for the back bolts 19MM or a low profile socket to get those in. I bent up the heat shield just a tiny bit, because it hits the rear part of the hitch. Otherwise, it looks good and solid and we use for an extra luggage hauler, bike rack and small pop up camper. This is our second one and had it on our 2013 Nissan rogue and just traded it in, with the hitch still in place.

This fit perfectly on my 2024 Nissan Rouge SL. Took about 30 minutes in all while lying underneath. Doesn't peek out. Did it without help and without jacking car up. Plenty of head space. You don't have to remove anything. Lube all your screws and the bolt holes. Clean wholes with a brush. Starting on the (left) tail pipe side with a little finesse insert through and let it rest on the muffler. This will "help" you hold it up. Go to next (right) side and while pushing to line up holes place your first bolt into the forward hole. Don't put second one yet. Go back to left side and screw your second bolt into the rear hole. This way it won't swing downward. Screw in the rest of the screws. Try to screw in as much as you can by hand. Torx to spec. Hope this helps.

The first one I received was unwrapped and unprotected, and it was badly bent like a truck had run over it. I know a box wouldn’t prevent this, but still it should’ve been wrapped up in something. I returned it to Amazon for replacement and when the replacement came in, it was wrapped in bubble wrap, but it was missing one of the bolts so I had to drive to the hardware store and get another bolt. Seller errors!I didn’t take off any stars for the design because it is designed to fit on a vehicle that did not come from a factory with the trailer hitch.Installing this on a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV AWD it sits too low and I was disappointed about how close it was to the ground. I have a 1 1/2” Ready Lift suspension lift on my Rogue so it sits higher than it would have at factory height, and still this was too low for light off-roading. I went camping and cut across a median in a state park and it scraped the ground and I was so very disappointed. I took it to a truck suspension fabrication shop and they cut it and welded it to the frame so it sits about 2 inches higher now and I’m satisfied with that. They cut a small section out of the plastic trim just below the bumper cleanly, so It looks like it’s factory installed and I’m much happier with it. It was $330.00 for the fabrication shop to do that, so this was costly. Be aware that an aftermarket trailer hitch is going to sit low and the Rogue sits low compared to a pick up truck or a jeep. If you don’t care about ground clearance, it will work fine. If clearance is important to you like it is to me, you may want to rethink it and measure. The top of this hitch will sit about an inch below the lowest trim piece on the Rogue.
