These kitten heels with screen netting are kind of fun! Much less boring than all satin or all leather. I am not a fan of straps over the top of my foot, and found it a little tight as the top of my foot is very high. You certainly cannot slip into these without bending over and stretching out that strap. So I chopped them off and the shoes are still beautiful and fit great.Even tho the ankle strap is not adjustable, it's still plenty tight enough to hold the shoe on with the top strap gone. I'm a size 8 and these were spot on. It's a little disconcerting to look down and see your toes peeking at you through the netting, but it's very subtle and unique. I think I will like these with pants, skirts, and dresses.

I have walked in hundreds of pairs of shoes from sneakers to high heeled boots to low heeled boots to wedges and stiletto pumps and kitten heels - and everything in between. Although you may have a totally different experience and I value that, I rated the shoe one star because of my experience. I’ll share my experience with you. First, I ordered the shoe because it fits the mode of what’s out now - the kitten heel and the slender pointy toe. I thought the design was a little “different”, but I hoped it would work well with dresses and pants that required a professional look. I also thought the low heel would make them super comfortable. This was my intent behind ordering them. I was excited and hopeful because I ❤️ new shoes. My hopes were dashed. First, the band that goes across the top of the arch of your foot is tight and is not adjustable. My foot is an average size, not particularly high, large or fat so this could be a problem for many. Walking in the shoe with the strap across the arch makes it uncomfortable. Secondly, the shoe is long and doesn’t allow the wearer to step with the natural gate when walking. Because the strap goes across the top of the arch, when you’re walking, the foot is positioned to remain flat as if you’re walking in skis or something. The strap keeps the foot at a lower angle and makes walking feel unnatural. Third, I have worn many kitten heels, and this kitten heel feels really awkward. I know that kitten heels require a little bit of a balancing act, but the angle of this kitten heel makes the balancing act more difficult - combined with the issue I previously mentioned around your foot remaining in a flat position as you walk due to the strap across the arch. I know this sounds weird but bear with me here. Fourth, the material the shoe is made of is an issue for me. The mesh material appears basic and less stylish as a design choice- as a result they are not “pretty” on the foot. The same style might have worked better in leather for example. But the mesh isn’t beautiful. I thought they would appear stylish, but they don’t add to the look; they subtracted from the look of the clothes I paired them with. I also thought that this might be a perfect shoe for women who are not able to wear high heels and need something lower - or women who are on their feet all day.. The top strap/band across the arch may cause discomfort. Since they didn’t hit the mark for me on cuteness, practicality, comfort, style, or ease of walking, they are a “no” for me. I ordered my correct size, so I am certain my experience had nothing to do with them being “too small” or “too large.”

[June, 2025 - My unbiased review of "CUSHIONAIRE Campari Women’s Pointed-Toe Mesh & Slingback Kitten Heels with Memory Foam Comfort"]The 'TLDR' Version:They look elegant, they're stable, and lightweight. The toe box is wider than average, which is great. However, the description says the heel is only 1 inch, but it's actually 2.5 inches. And the two straps are not 'adjustable' as described, the heel strap has a half inch insert of strong elastic, and the top strap is all strong elastic, The listing said 'Buckle' closure, which is wrong and the elastic is also too tight, for me anyway. As a Vine reviewer I cannot exchange or return them, but you can. However, I discovered that tucking the top straps under my feet (as shown in my photo) works because the back straps alone are enough to keep the shoes on. They're a little tight, but I only got these shoes for nice dinners out, not work/walking/dancing. I'll cut off the top straps and use a black Sharpie to hide the cut ends.So - If you're looking for some dressy shoes and are OK with 2.5 inch heels, these shoes are worth considering.By the time you read this the manufacturer might have lengthened the two straps, (adding buckles would be ideal) but just in case they haven't, just be willing to return them if necessary, or you can cut off that top straps, carefully. The FULL Version:First things first - I'm a six foot tall woman, and I have big feet. Depending on the type and brand, I have to wear Women's size 10 or 11 dress shoes, and it's never been easy to find attractive, feminine shoes, particularly 'Wide' versions. That's why I was very pleased to be offered this pair to review.First impressions...The shoes do look dressy, and they're long enough and wide enough for me. The very fine mesh fabric that the toe box and upper are mostly made of is shiny, which I'm not sure I like, but it does make each shoe nice and lightweight. The thin, beige color outsole is slightly grippy on smooth floors, which is helpful, and the footbed has a little padding underneath, though it's not quite as thick on my pair as it is in the seller's photo.Something important -The seller's 'Product Description' currently states that the heel height is 1-inch. Unfortunately, that is wrong. As you can see in my photo, it's actually 2.5 inches, which is disappointing for a woman like me who already towers above most people. However, the heel is a nice shape, and the base is a reasonable size which, combined with the grippy outsole, makes these shoes quite stable to walk (on level surfaces anyway).Another mistake in the information provided is the 'Closure type', currently says 'Buckle'.Unfortunately, in my rush to order these shoes, I didn't look closely enough at the sellers' photos. They do clearly show that there are no buckles... However, if there were two nice little gold buckles attached to longer straps, the shoes would still look great, they would be far more comfortable, and adjustable to fit more women. The 'adjustable slingback strap' mentioned in the description is not adjustable at all. The 'pleather' back strap has a half inch long piece of strong elastic sewn into it, and although it stretches just far enough to fit over my heel, it is a bit tight for me. (However, that has become less of a negative than I first thought, as I'll explain shortly.)The big issue I have is the top strap which is entirely made of the strong elastic. Although I have a mild case of 'cankles' (fat ankles) ... as you can see in my photos, my feet are not fat, or swollen, at all, and I have average height arches. However, although it stretches just enough for me to get my foot in, the top strap is uncomfortably tight on my foot. (The photo shows the red marks left after roughly 30 minutes of wearing the shoes, mostly sitting plus walking around on our slippery concrete porch outside.)Obviously, normal purchasers can exchange or return shoes if necessary, but sadly, Vine reviewers are not allowed to do that, so I wanted to find a solution to this problem, and decided to try tucking the top strap underneath my foot and just using the back strap on its own. Luckily, that works! The back strap is a little bit tight, but that does mean I'm able to walk just as well without the top strap. Unfortunately, because the strap is too short, it pulls the side of the shoe down a smidgeon (you might be able to see that in the photo), so I'm probably going to very carefully cut off the top straps to stop that happening (if/when I find the courage!)[Edited to add...]Having seen another reviewer's photos, I'm definitely going to cut the straps off. I'm also going to blacken the cut ends with a Sharpie, and I'll add another photo if I can.

I got the CUSHIONAIRE Campari Pointed-Toe Mesh & Slingback Kitten Heels for my wife in size 9, and she couldn’t be happier with them. She immediately noticed the high quality—from the stitching to the materials, everything felt thoughtfully crafted. The memory foam footbed adds a touch of comfort she really values, especially for shoes this stylish. She’s especially pleased with how breathable and ergonomic the design is. The mesh keeps her feet cool, and the slingback strap provides just the right amount of support without digging in. It’s rare for her to find heels that look this elegant and feel this good to wear, and I’m glad this gift hit the mark.

This pair of shoes is nicely finished with the mesh as part of the topper and soft foam for the support. The heel is not too high to walk so could be used for regular office days or presentations; however the tie on the top is too tight which caused some challenges to wear. The main concern is that it's been used as the base has very clear worn marks on both shoes.
