I bought these when my son started Alto Sax and he has used them through Marching Band as well. We haven't had any break. It comes with a little case to keep an extra reed in. Just a good solid product

I liked that the reed size wasn’t too big or small, it was perfect for my son, and the sound quality was great, well the value for this Rico saxophone size 3 is just a little over priced but this reed is great, for beginner people who play the alto saxophone it’s not the right size because It will sound a little weird, the right size for beginners are alto saxophone reed size 2.

My daughter uses these for her Yamaha Alto Sax for marching band. Says they work well. This is her 1st time stepping up from a 2.5 to a 3 at the advice of her awesome band teacher. Works as designed and 10 pack lasts her through the season along with giving a few to others. They won their State competition and placed 2nd in the regional competition.
