My unit had a water leak and did not produce any steam. I have fixed the leak however after having the unit looked at it was determined that a wire had a short in it that connects the hose to the steam unit. I have for over a month sent email six times, phoned and left messages more than I could count with no response. I have asked where to buy the part I need and still nothing. I would not advise anyone to purchase a product from this company.

This product exceeded my expectation. It's a small but powerful machine. I used it to clean bathroom tiles and grout and it worked wonders. As a result, I won a contract to professionally clean the restrooms of a major hotel chain. It also cleaned scuff marks and removed gum from the sidewalk. The only draw back is the 15-20 minutes delays experienced in between jobs when re-filling the machine with water but I love the way it has performed.

This steamer did what it is supposed to do and more. Very easy to use. We have a large house with tile and grout on most of the floor, this steamer helped get it clean and keep it clean. They have great customer service and the company put in a couple of surprises in the box, a bag of extra small heads for scrubbing and a stack of Costco lint-free towels, which I found very helpful.

High quality machine, well built and comes with a lot of attachments. I couldn’t find anything that I couldn’t clean with this thing. Started my Spring Cleaning early. Take your time when you’re cleaning with this machine and you’ll have good results.

Got this as a Christmas gift from my husband (my request). This did a fabulous job getting mold out of the grout behind the kitchen sink. It was also amazing on cleaning the tile floors. I cleaned the grout with the small round brush and the dirt that came out was frightening. I use a spin mop to pick up the excess water and had to change it twice just from the kitchen floor. It also did a great job on an indoor/outdoor carpet in the entryway by the garage. As you can imagine, it gets lots of traffic and I was about ready to toss the rug but steaming it clean gave it new life and even got out some stains I had scrubbed on with a brush before. All in all, I'm very pleased with the power of this vapor cleaner. If anything changes, I'll edit my review.

I have wanted a steam cleaner for years so I finally decided on this one. It arrived dented and possibly used so I notified the seller immediately and a couple of days later I had another one waiting at my door along with a shipping label to send the first one back. The hose is substantial, not flimsy plastic, and the heads are solid. It works beautifully. My first use was on my fiberglass bathtub and it removed the ground in dirt in the non-slip texture with ease. Then I used it to clean and sanitize the rest of the bathroom. Everything shines, and no breathing in chemical cleaners. Win-Win.

I did a lot of research before buying my steam cleaner. The Daimler got my attention - everything I read provided details about the machine and how well it works. I ended up speaking to the sales group at Daimler and they were patient and knowlegable. The steamer comes with a lot of accessories and everything is substantial - you can feel the quality. And it cleans so well...I have cleaned grout, water stains, wood floors, tile floors, shower, etc. It's easy to operate and it is easy to move around. I am amazed at the power of steam cleaning..so glad I invested.
