Upon receipt I THOUGHT the switch LOOKED to be a good unit…. I didn’t get to install it right away, HOWEVER UPON INSTALLATION THE RIGHT OR LEFT SELECTOR SWITCH BROKE OFF!!! AS WELL AS THE MIRROR ADJUSTMENT DOES NOT WORK IN ALL DIRECTIONS AND THE FEELS VERY GRITTY!!!!FLAT OUT JUNK!!!!!I missed the return window or it woukd ha e went back ASAP!!!

This is plug and play only issue is fitting through stock bezel is tight but it does fit with a little effort.

I was replacing mirrors on my 1999 F250 diesel and decided to change out the mirror controls on the driver's side door at the same time. The left/right rocker and four-way switch looked identical to the stock switch, but I had to dremel-out some of the plastic control panel because this switch was slightly larger than the OEM switch body. After installation, the right side mirror controls were fine, but the left/right controls did not work properly for the left mirror. I checked to make sure the mirror plug was tightly seated in to the bottom of the switch, but no luck.

Received this today just a few minutes ago and installed it while walking back to the house. Perfect replacement for the original switch in my 2003 Ford Windstar.
