Good product, works perfect, well packaged, no noise, would definitely buy again. My last one lasted four years, for the price you can't beat it. Good little ATO pump setup.

This setup is a good cost effective ATO but the pump that comes with it will NOT work with straight RODI water. There is a sensor that this pump has for a safety feature to keep the pump from running dry but since RODI water is not conductive it tricks the sensor into shutting the pump off. I also wanted to comment on their customer service as they were very generous and accommodating as they are sending me a replacement pump that will work for my specific setup.

After use this product for 6 month I understood that this is good for Temporary or Backup system. It not a product that you can rely on to run your system for a long time. I use it for my reef tank auto topoff and it stop working after 5-6 months.But if you use it as a backup it is a grate product.

Build quality of bracket is not very good.Bracket that holds the float sensor isn’t that sturdySensor comes off very easilyIt’s a cheap ATO you get what you pay for better off spending a few more to get better ATO

i used this for like 7-8 months and in that time its worked pretty well for the most part, but iv found that some times the sense to decent water levels get stuck and it will over fill your tank even though it was a backup switch that doesn't work all the time, had this happened a hand full of times but thank good i was around when it happened, I would recommend you spend the extra $40 or what ever a get a good name brand one so you don't lose all your fish and corals due to the wrong salinity levels

I've been using this for over a year now, and it has worked flawlessly until just now. Something in the sensor malfunctioned, and it sent all of my ATO water into my tank. If it was just a freshwater tank, it would just be a mess to clean up. However, I have a saltwater system and this lowered the salinity to dangerous levels. Yes, I saved $50 by buying this product. However, I just lost hundreds of dollars in corals, fish, and invertebrates. I have learned my lesson and will buy a more reliable product next time. Oh, yeah the emergency shut off sensor is a nice touch, but yeah it's a little too high to do anything good. My tank was overflowing, and it wasn't even close to shutting it off.

For the simplicity of the product it really does the job. It's been running for a few weeks and it's perfect. Does what it's supposed to do. The only con is that there isn't a holder for the refill tube so it could potentially slip out of the tank. Tied it to the frame of the system

I have it three stars because it seems to kick in and off a LOT! I have kept a vigilant eye on it as I’m not sure I trust it yet. Had to do things That were not in instructions like add a hole to line above the water level in my holding tank because it created its own syphon and dumped a LOT of extra fresh water into my salt tank. Put the syphon break and now when the pump shuts off the water stops and yes, the end of my line is NOT in the main water. This unit should come with an anti-syphon piece like ever other ATO out there. Also added a One way check valve on the end so it could not suck salt water into fresh water tank when pumps are off or in feed mode. It’s An OK unit.

1st order the pump did not work at all. I got sent a replacement. The replacement worked but if water doesnt go through your hose, take off the plastic nozzle! Tye nozzle created pressure and restricted water flow.As soon as I took off the nozzle the entire system worked perfectly.Amazon provided free shipping of the defective product and I will send it back for free at UPS (amazon gives you a barcode with shipping instructions)Overall im happy with the product now that it works
