Little more complicated to put together then it seems on video-- it is easy to move around -However its hardly free spinning at all and my dog strains to get it to spin -which I feel is not good for my dog. I wish I would of known that it was not free spinning like the mills I had in the past because I would of definitely looked elsewhere-which I might just sell this one and get something completely different. Nice looking mill tho.
