Fair design. Almost does what it's designed to do...just not very well. Simply put, this is just a door frame pull-up bar with a speed bag platform strapped to it. The tension stabilizers do a fair job of pinning it to the frame and reducing vibration, just not enough. And to make it worse, they give you a really cheap speed bag with a thick internal bladder. This makes the bag slow and heavy, causing lots of unnecessary vibration. Good idea on paper...just not implemented well when production rolled around. Should have been tested more and improved. Especially for the price they're asking.

Bag is heavy and slow and doesn't perform the way a speed bag should. Doorway mounting won't tighten sufficiently to prevent excessive vibration, further exacerbating the poor performance of the bag. I've owned/used several speed bags in 40-years of boxing and martial arts, and this is, by far, the worst performing speed bag I have ever used.

Absolutely amazing! Could not ask for a better quality speed bag set-up that you can take down whenever. If you live in old apartments your neighbors will all hate you though.
