I recieved a basic looking USED product.The item is faded as left in the sun, the wheels are worn and there are scratches and dings all over. I contacted the company and there response was:Our Quality Control Department has advised that while this trunk is waterproof and Impact shock resistant, it would not be scratch resistant, and can still show some slight cosmetic damage. This cosmetic damage would not affect the durability of the trunk.
