They make moving bales of hay much easier than trying to grab the bales by the cords used to hold them together. There's adequate room in the hand grip area to use them easily when wearing heavy winter work gloves.I'd buy them again and recommend them to anyone who doesn't have a good set of hay hooks.

These are perfect size for adults and children alike if you're a slave driver as I am ;-) with a 10 and 13 year old they work just as hard as we do to keep everything running smoothly at 5000' elevation. We've got 3 ton out of 7 left to stack with pure man and lady power and these hooks help us get the job done whether it's stacking or throwing a 100 lb bale on a sled to haul to the barn yo feed.Thanks guys!
