No instructions came with the Product so I searched Youtube and found a Video from UHAUL tech which was very detailed. The Box it came in was smashed, poor packing also.

Fits great once you can get it in place. Heavy so having 2 people is nearly a must. Dropping the exhaust is probably the most difficult part. Once in place on the 2018 Santa Fe Sport it was fairly straight forward to get it bolted up and torqued. The plastic tabs for the side pieces that must be removed and reinstalled have a center part that once pulled the entire tab will come out fairly easily, broke 1 figuring out how they work. Spare tire fits but takes more work to get it in place than without the tow bar.

Clearly a very heavy duty and probably over built hitch. Install as per instructions. Fits perfectly. Took about 1.5 hours to install for an amateur DIY guy.

Heavy duty. Not as easy to install on my 2015 Kia Sorento as indicated. But once on, you’re golden. Very solid construction. A couple of chips on the paint but I don’t really care as it’s where it attaches to the vehicle and not on the bar, so therefore it’s hidden.

Complete installation (by myself) on garage floor took 2.5 hours including the wiring harness (reviewed separately). The receiver hitch fits snugly under the factory bumper and looks great. The instructions are easy to follow and cover every aspect of the install. For me the most tedious part of the job was trimming the cover panels to make clearance for the added hitch. I took time to be sure I didn't remove more of it than was necessary and ended up using a jigsaw for that task. The instructions state that a helper will make mounting the hitch easier but I opted to situate my creeper parallel to the bumper, resting the opposite end of the hitch on my knee while aligning the end I was bolting in. It occurred to me that if it slipped off of my knee, it would likely hurt! But I was already there and escaped unharmed. If you're not used to this kind of job, no doubt a second pair of hands would be much more safe. Other than that, it was step by step and there were no issues at all. DEFINITELY use a torque wrench as it is critical to ensure that the mounting bolts are safe and secure.

This hitch fits perfectly on my 2014 Kia Sorento. It is good quality and came with easy to install fasteners. Beware though, it takes more like 2hrs to install on an older vehicle with some rust.

This product would have been great had it been the right one. What was supposed to be an easy installation quickly became frustrating. I ensured that this product was compatible with our vehicle, a 2017 Santa Fe using the tool on amazon. We ordered one and we were sent the wrong part, for a Nissan Rogue, we sent that back as a return and reordered and received this one and it was for a sport. Luckily, my husband works on cars and was able to do some time consuming modifications to make this hitch work, including purchasing additional bolts that would fit. We really needed this hitch for an upcoming vacation and it was just easier to make the wrong thing work than to return and re order all over again. I’m sure it would have been great and easy to install had it of been the right part.

Installed this Draw-Tite Hitch # 75772 two months ago on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Using this to tow a 4X8 Carry-on trailer. I must say it aligned perfect to the existing factory pre-drilled holes! I am in my mid 70's was able to install it myself after watching U-Tube video. Backed the rear wheels up on auto ramps to make some body clearance, needed a car jack to lift one side up in position while slipping a bolt thru the other side to get started. If you can use a second person just to get two upper bolts started it would be a lot easier, it,s heavy. All said, very happy with this hitch!

With the help of a neighbor, we installed it (did not have access to a lift.) I You Tube'd a video on how to install. It is secure and very structurally sound. I recently used it to hitch up to a small trailer I share with a neighbor to help in my daughter's move into her new house. It saved the day. There were items we did not want to load into the Uhaul. I would recommend this trailer hitch!!!! The Draw Tite T Connector Hitch Wiring system was a breeze to install and worked as soon as i plugged it in, no hassles.
