I do kitchen and bath renovations as a business and most of the time I use a glass guy, but this was a quick turn for a house going on the market. The glass looks awesome, but the hinges on the stationary panel don't hold well - I had to tighten them multiple times until it held to the point I thought the glass might break. Also, the door seal on the handle side stationary panel is too stiff plastic IMO and doesn't let the door close even with the panel. I do like Dreamline products - I've used a number of them and they are a good value. Just a few changes to this one and it's a 5-star. Oh and take your time and measure carefully!Btw: owners picked the tile! ;)

I would have given the product/shower stall a 5 but the instructions were not that good. In fact, when I called customer support I found out that the instructions I had were old and they emailed me new instructions. However, even the new instructions were a little sketchy. Fortunately customer support was great and was able to answer my questions.

Glass shower enclosure leaks horribly. There are seams between the walls and the glass and the water just leaks right out. There is a plastic stripping by the door that helps stop some of the water but it also makes it hard to close to a seal. I emailed customer service which is awful and basically replies a few days later stating "they don't have anything that can guarantee" if I can "advise". Ridiculous piece of junk with even worse customer service.(It is also not very easy to install and took a good day for professionals to install

This is really bad product . Doors plastic rails insufficient to prevent leaks and aligning well to begin with .Unfortunately we learn it after install . You don't even get extra plastic rails and the once you get are not full length . It might look good but it's leaks water so can't qualify as shower enclosure .

The finished product looks great, overall was a smooth installation. The door hinges in particular are pretty substantial feeling, and offer a very slight bit of adjustment. The installation directions are pretty disappointing as they leave a lot to visual interpretation (showing a graphic without calling out specific parts). Some of the parts included (notably some clear tabs for isolating metal parts from the glass, don't seem to be called out anywhere in the instructions, but I believe are critical to keep you from cracking the stationary panels.Summed up, I'd buy again, kind of on the fence between 4 and 5 stars only because of instructions.
