I didn’t want to write review right away. This is 6 month post-installation. Our contractor installed it, I inspected it, and noticed the glass had slide out of the bracket made to hold it. After he got it back in place and secured it with Gorilla Glue silicone, we haven’t had an issue from day one. We are happy.

I waited three months to get my shower completed by the plumber and tile contractors. I am greatly disappointed with this shower enclosure. The door slams with nothing to buffer or protect it. The seals are plastic that sticks outside the shower which looks horrible. Not to mention one of the plastic seals are already ripped. The hinges are supposed to be brushed nickel—they are not good quality. There is no handle inside the shower door-only a small knob. The glass itself is thick and sturdy but does not clean well. All in all I am very dissatisfied with my new shower. Will be replacing soon and will not be with this company.

Unless you don’t mind soaking up water, do not buy this unit. Having been in the home remodeling business for over 40 yrs, I’ve installed many shower units to the satisfaction of my clients. This was the exception.After meticulously following install instructions, both vertical doors seals leaked. The hinge side door seal, as per PDF sent from DreamLine, is cut into 3 pcs and fit between hinges, leaving a 1-5/8” gap with no seal in the middle of the hinge. The seal also has to be slit to allow for closing of door. Even splattering water gets through the hinges.Then there’s the other vertical seal. After main the precise dimensions between fixed glass and below the door glass, the seal leaked significantly. I noticed the door had sagged since install, so I inquired about a remedy. DreamLine told me that “most customers don’t realize that it takes 10,000 lbs of pressure to break the glass”. This,of course, isn’t mentioned in instructions. I was sent more PDFs outlining ways to secure hinges, as follows: 1) Add a few drops of threadlock to screws and use an impact screwdriver to tighten them. 2) Open up hinges and add shims to both sides in several places to completely secure them. Not having threadlock on hand, I opened hinges and spent a couple of hours shimming everywhere. I reassembled and tightened screws with an impact screwdriver. After all this effort , this seal also leaked. My clients, understandably , found this unacceptable.I was informed by Time Out Pro that I couldn’t return the unit for a refund because it had been installed. It was only by installing the unit that all these shortcomings became obvious. Amazon refused a refund because I couldn’t show unintended specific defective parts. I’m having to eat the cost of this poorly designed product as well as all my labor. Buyer beware!
