My son uses these in his training as a pitcher. He used them in high school so wanted his own set when he went to play in college. I can only tell you that he doesn't have an opinion very often so the fact that he wanted these speaks volumes. And, he ordered one of the wrong size. I contacted the company and got GREAT customer service fixing the young, novice Amazon user's mistake.

I have taught Fastpitch Softball pitching lessons for 20 years. We use these balls for wrist snaps. A key factor in throwing underhand or overhand. 1000 gr/2 lb for the younger kids, and the 2000 gr/ 4 lb for the older more advanced. The power of a wrist snap! Never pitch or rotate you arm with one.

I like that this ball is small enough to hold in the female hand. I also like that you can choose the weight that you want. I now use this all the time and really enjoy it.
