What you get: 2 identical racks, 8 screws and wall plugs (despite only needing 6). The material appears to be 20 gauge steel, folded, welded and powder coated.Back row: 8 holes 20mm diameterMiddle row: 7 holes 15mm diameterFront row: 8 holes 30mm wide 40mm deepThe welds on the back have to hold the weight of all the tools. Mine didn't fail but they don't look strong enough to hold a significant load (e.g. all your hammers and big wrenches). But hey, it's metal and it's repairable when it happens.At $38.99 I'd say you're getting a medium/light duty tool rack that will get the job done and is an interesting alternative to the ones at the big box stores.

I rather like this rack. It fits a lot of tools in a compact area. It installs easily and does a good job of holding tools with easy access to grab each one I used it my woodshop and it really gave me back some real estate on my workbench.I really loaded it up with no sign of sagging or droop. I would raate this as a really good tool rack.
