The Eastman hose bibb features a heavy-duty brass body to protect against corrosion and provide strength and durability. These hose bibbs are equipped with a 1/2 inch Male Inlet Pipe (MIP) connection. Heavy-pattern forged brass hose bibbs are designed for irrigation purposes only and are not intended for drinking water applications. Certified by the Canadian Uniform Plumbing Code (CUPC), this hose bibb has a heavy-duty handle that allows for easy water control.

Nice solid spigot that has a bit of weight to it. Easy to install with good flow and functions as it should. There’s a drag to it when turning opening and closing the spigot like others have mentioned, but it’s a compromise for having a faucet that doesn’t leak vs one that’s loose and leaky.

It is not the style I am used to but the price took me there. And I might like this style better. My son needed one for his place so he got the 1st one , and I ordered more great value and I have ordered this brand before and was pleased with the quality.

Bought this because it has a big bore for better/higher flow. Fits fine and easy to install as a standard one. Holding up fine. Good value.If you want/need max flow and willing to spend a little more, consider a hose bib that is a ball joint type. I have one of those to refill the spa. Full bore makes it a mini fire hose.
