Based on the one other review that's here on Amazon for this item, I felt a sense of obligation to convey that it is of excellent quality and does in fact look like the way it's depicted in the photos here. The individual glass pieces give the ball a faceted appearance - highly reflective and very attractive in the garden. I highly recommend getting it.
