If anybody is using this do not remove the sensors that come with it. You will get cold other than that it's a great product

This intake is a good budget replacement vs OEM. It fits and performs the same as the original. It is much simpler to replace with new than trying to clean the old, high miles intake with all the carbon build-up. It appears well made and should last the rest of the life of my truck. I recommend it.

Everything is in the right places, and includes all that you need to do a replacement intake. These Pasta-diesels thanks to the EPA are designed to choke on their own .... "waste" let's say. The inside of your factory intake is a carboned up horror show ... unless you have a large ultrasonic cleaner, it's probably better you just swap it out. I got this to use in conjunction with a delete tune - so the "swirl valves" were removed before I installed them. I left the actuator plugged in to keep the ECU happy, but they're literally just turning blank shafts now. If you have a slow to respond pasta-diesel with over 100k on the clock, chances are your swirl valves are gunked up with oily soot and take a good while to warm up and soften up. The danger in that is if that material finds its way into your combustion chamber, and score up your cylinder walls. It's a real shame the EPA had to go and ruin the reputations of these engine makers forcing gas tech emissions on them, but that's just the way she goes. If you live in an exempt state, do yourself a favor, go delete, get this intake, swap it in, and give your old girl a fresh airway to breathe through. (Yes, the intake o-rings were included)
