I love this product. It helps with my tennis elbow. I can't do things like dishes or vacuuming and sometimes writing with out extreme pain in my arm when using those muscles. This is a game changer. Also good price compared to the expensive ones.

I was recommended by my occupational therapist to get some compression elbow sleeves to help with my tendinitis/tennis elbow. I purchased these to the size it recommended they were too small and not the type of compression I was looking for. Sending it back.

I bought these to help with some tendonitis in my elbows from lifting weights. I could tell some relief after just wearing them for a week while working out. They fit well and don't bunch up. I strongly recommend getting an accurate measurement of your bicep and use the size chart before you order. I only wear them when I am physically active and it might cause some strain on my elbow but they seem to be helpful.

My elbow had WAYYY too many throws on it in my younger days (college and minor league baseball), and now that I'm in my 60s, it's coming back to haunt me. The Copper Joe compression sleeve provides a level of support that keeps things in place and is a gentle reminder not to try to do certain things with that arm anymore. The sleeve itself is well-constructed and seems like it will be durable (only had it for a month so far). I noticed that the applique-type logo/company name started to peel off after a few wear cycles, so they might want to consider ink-stamping or silk-screening it on in the future for better durability; it looks pretty horrid when it's part-way through the process.
