Got these for my Spectra pump since spectra doesn’t provide different flange sizes. Have been using these for almost 3 months and they are still holding up strong. Makes such a difference in pumping. Highly recommend.

I get the concept of these. They fit well in my 24mm spectra flange, but I found that the silicone inserts did not get me as much output as the plastic flanges alone.

These fit my Madela in-style & my Lansinoh double electric pump. They are good quality & somewhat firm, but still flexible enough not to cause any pain.

I have small elastic nipples so the size 21 Falange was extremely uncomfortable. I ordered these and they helped and made it much more comfy!
