It comes with everything you could possibly need, even a sponge. It heats up fast. Literally I take food out the fridge and put it in the pot, plug it in and it’s piping hot, smoking as if I just prepared it on the stove! Perfect for office and in the car.

Soust picked this lunch heater today and put it to the test right away. I wasn't concerned about it heating up food plugged to the AC, I wanted to know how it would work using 12 v car cigarette plug. I poured a 18.8 oz can of potato/ cheddar cheese/ bacon into this pot. Plugged it in and turned the engine on, and timed it. After 20 mins the soup was pleasantly warm and ready to eat! Some additional minutes of heating it were optional and a bonus, if you choose , but I didn't need it to be burning my mouth. So, 20- 25 mins in a car ( it uses 80W max, not 100W as advertised with 12v, perhaps with AC plugin it will), but it was enough to heat up my lunch.It is SMALL, just barely enough for a 1.5 large cans of soup, or 2 small ones if needed. But for 1 person it is sufficient. Have no idea about it's longevity, of course, but it is made ok, seems durable enough for $20 with tax.

best purchase for longer car trips . instead of fast food, i cook my daughter her meals and just warm it up in this!! so so easy to use. easy to wash (dishwasher safe) it warms up the food so fast too.

Definitely worth the money! My husband uses this to take left overs for lunch and he is always surprised at how quickly it warms up food.

El producto es lindo y se ve bien construido, y buenos materiales, calienta en aproximadamente 30 minutos y quedan los alimentos a temperatura apta para comer al instante. Tuve que solicitar soporte porque no me llegó completo el pedido, pues compré este producto porque la compra incluía el bolso para la fiambrera, pero este no llegó. Tuve que solicitar servicio al cliente y me ofrecieron remplazo o reembolso, elegí reembolso y Amazon acepto hacer la devolución del dinero, espero que esta semana ya tenga de vuelta mi dinero.

I took this to work, placed my soup inside just in time for lunch and the entire office wanted to know what I was cooking and where did I get the crock pot from.I love it comes with a travel bag.My son introduced me to this item he uses it when his girls have to travel for their sports so he can prepare warm meals for them on cold days or to avoid fast food items

So here's a quick skinny on my situation; I'm a massage therapist and don't have a "lunch break", which means I have to grab a bite in the few mins btwn clients. And when you have to pull something from the fridge, unpack/open it up, put it in the microwave and nuke it, that takes up more of the short few mins btwn clients. With that being said, this little guy is a POWERHOUSE of heating!! So here's the quick breakdown: PROS: cute as all get out. Seems small but actually lots of food room. Comes with a perfect thermal carrying case and 2 cords - one for the wall, one for the vehicle. Heats up QUICK. Food is PIPING hot. Inside comes out for easy cleaning. Product seems sturdy and I haven't had any issues with it and have used it several times. Problems? Because I have hour-long sessions, the food actually almost burns in the center, so I've learned to only put very hydrated items in here, as it's ready to eat in like 20+ mins. I've added water to the food and it still burned a bit in the center. And because it gets so hot, I actually put an oven pad under it for whatever surface I sit it on. YES the plug gets hot. YES the food is so hot you WILL burn your tongue! And if it has a "turn off" feature when it hits a certain temp, I guess that's the clicking I hear when it's on; the light never dims or shuts off, and the food still is SOOOO hot. So don't be fooled thinking you can "set it and forget it" because molten lava is hard to eat on a 30 min lunch break.
