Last time I bought from this company, the water pouches were great, with the expiration date clearly printed & visible. These ones I just bought have the date crimped into the end, partially over the package printing, very hard to read. I THINK the date is 1/2029, but there's no way to be sure. I can't imagine having to figure this out in the middle of an emergency. I had to manually label every single one. I will probably not be buying from these guys again.

Problem with buying survivalist stuff like this is that many times you're getting surplus that's already past its halflife. That is not the case with this product, and mine are only about 2 months into their 5 year shelf life.

I always keep on in my every day carry bug out bag and lunch box or in my car- you'll never know when a little kid in your car will get thirsty and you don't have time to pull over for a drink.

This is for my emergency kit, so it's in my car with emergency food. Both good for five years, and really necessary these days with all the wild weather we are experiencing.
