My husband works from home on a computer and is always complaining about back pain. I saw this back support seat and thought I’d give it a shot, and I’m so happy I did! Firstly, it fits well in a regular size office chair. Second, not only is it really comfortable, it also really helps adjust your posture, which takes a lot of the pressure off your back. This back support is sooo cool! You can sit on the ground and actually feel like you are supported. I use it when my child wants me to come "play" I can rock back and forth easily and it doesn't tip over . It is VERY supportive. It is also lightweight and comfortable.
